Some Real Estate Experts still see an Optimistic Outlook! Rents are Rising, There is Pent Up Demand (with all of the new jobs added), There are better quality mortgages out there and the US Dollar has weakened (Could boost foreign investors).
Home sellers are turning to home stagers to help get their property in tip-top condition to intreque the home buyers who need the pictures to narrow their search on the internet and many home buyers are getting prequalifed for their mortgage before they buy so not to take the wind out of their sale when they find the home they do wish to purchase.
The Arizona Regional MLS Market Watch says that predictions for the third Quarter sales are
Average Home Price (UP)
# Of Homes on The Market (DOWN)
# Of Homes Sold (UP)
Average Days On The Market (DOWN)
