Current Real Estate Market Information
According to the research and experience we have had in the real estate industry we see that while there were no bubbles bursting and no plummeting prices we did see that 2006 gave way to letting a little wind out of the sails for some homeowners with moderate price decreases. Some were not ready for the change and some sellers held fast to their overpriced homes leading to longer days on the market. Some buyers were unable to purchase now at the higher prices. Some investors left town dumping their inventory.
While 2006 made way for market corrections, the for cast for housing in 2007 looks brighter. Sales are slowly increasing. Home sellers are starting to adjust their pricing which helps us get some of the inventory of the market and making it a great time for buyers to get off the fence from standing by waiting for something to happen. We are looking at a good steady market for 2007 and even a brighter year in 2008.
