Wow is about time that the buyers got cut a break? The scales have been tipped to the seller for some time now and I bet buyers are loving the thought of getting in on the great deals!
While the lenders are getting choosier about who the lend to and those who bought on the loans they could really never afford is creating more forclosures, they are paving the way to a market very appealing to those who can qualify for a good loan and the ultimate time to get in on the great deals.
Sorry Sellers, looks as if the prices that you were hoping for are going to have to be right on with what your agent has propsed and don't forget to put in the extras that will put your home at the top of the list. You're going to have to get serious if your home is going to sell within a good timeframe.
