Realtors Riding the Wave
The real estate market has been turning and twisting this past few years and I have watched numerous Realtors come and go...It takes strength and determination and a true know how to stay in Real Estate even when the market slows. I remember watching realtors who were seasoned and in the business for as many as 14 years who dropped out of real estate and dozens of others who decided that they watched other agents make a ton of money and it looked easy came on board. This is to all of those who got into this career "for a life career" rather than just to make a buck...if you stay focused on the buyer or seller and you are working in this business for the right reasons it will pay off in the end. The reward of being able to manage the transaction and at the same time realize a dream for those you work with should carry you throughout the slower market. That is what this career is about. We cannot change the market, smile and make the best of it. In turn it will bring many rewards and benefits to your life. Those that you continue to help find that perfect home or sell the one they need sold, Hats off to You! All of those who stay positive in the slowing market, you are sure to succeed in this business for life! Properties do change hands even in the slow market. Great advertising and pricing that a seller is willing to sell for and a buyer is willing to pay is always where the market is.
